Read the tape
Every five minutes we pull the public trade feed and market metadata from both venues. Polymarket fills carry a wallet, so per-account accuracy is real there. Kalshi's feed is anonymous, so its signal is flow rather than identity, and it is scored as such.
Price it
Six signals move fair value off the venue's quote, each one clamped so none can run away with the estimate, and each recording its sample size. A market without enough recent flow to price gets no opinion at all.
Review it
A model reads the question and the evidence, and catches what the arithmetic misses: flow that is one account rather than a consensus, or a question that resolves on something a trade tape cannot see. It can decline. It cannot invent a market, a side, or more confidence than the data carries.
Size and place it
Quarter-Kelly on your bankroll, scaled by confidence, capped by your per-trade limit. Bankroll, position count, and a daily loss limit are re-checked before the order leaves. Every refusal is recorded with its reason, so a quiet strategy is never a mystery.
