Delivered by email
Choose an amount, add a note, and it arrives in their inbox. Send it now or schedule it for the morning.
Still 21 and over
A gift card is not a way around the age check. Whoever redeems it shows valid government issued ID, the same as any other customer.
Redeeming one
In store, show the card at the counter and the balance comes off the total. On delivery, tell the driver you are paying with a gift card and have it open on your phone. Any balance left over stays on the card for next time.
Checking a balance
Balances live with Birchmount and can be checked from the same card page you bought it on. If a card is not behaving, call the room you are standing in and we will sort it out: 310-616-5140 for Sawtelle, 310-207-1900 for West LA.
